“I have an annual check-up at The Mole Clinic and think that the whole process from initial appointment booking, the check-up itself, to the reporting and follow-up, is excellent. The cost is small relative to the value of the ensuing peace of mind. I can thoroughly recommend The Mole Clinic but irrespective of provider, I would strongly urge everyone to get a regular, professional check-up.”

“I came into the mole clinic specifically to have two moles removed (1 hour appointment) and made arrangements during a very busy time at work to come in the midday of a workday. Upon arrival I was told the consultant was running 10-15 mins behind. After a 45 minute wait, I eventually saw the consiltant and he agreed the moles should come out - I was surprised because I thought he has read my folder before-hand and just needed to quickly check and then do the removal. However, said there was not enough time in the appointment for that day (as it is a 40 min procedure) and I needed to make arrangements to return. I now have to rearange with my work to come back to haev then removed. Whilst its not the end of the world, I expected far better service from the mole clinic.”

“Money cannot grant you good health but well worth going to the mole clinic to ease your fears about skin cancer. A very professional and efficient service. Lovely staff who put you at ease and very quick follow up with results.”

“I have visited the Mole Clinic on two separate occasions, one year apart. Both times I was impressed by the service, the clear, supportive nurses I saw and the speed with which I obtained an appointment. I was lucky - both moles turned out to be benign - but I am confident that any problems would be addressed promptly and professionally.”

“Two years ago, I discovered I had a mole that turned out to be melanoma, which I had luckily caught early. Since then I have struggled with health anxiety and was finding it hard to keep track of my moles. I found the Mole Clinic offered a body check and mole mapping service, where the software used idenities any new moles or changes to existing moles. I have had three appointments so far, and have found each one to be brilliant. The nurses have been extremely kind and supportive, and their approach has meant that I have felt calm and not triggered at any point. The reassurance from their checks, explanations and the mole mapping make me feel that I am in control of knowing any changes to my moles.”

“Very good, attentative service...an important check in this day and age. I was treated with courtesy and respect throughout and was very happy that i had a good check for and freckle/mole changes. Thankfully, all clear, but very good service.”

“Quick appointments available. Very helpful and informative nurse who carried out the assessment (Sarah.) Price of extra photos a bit steep, I thought, about £140 on top of basic £315. But overall good and would recommend.”

“It was very easy to make an appointment, there were slots available the next day. Excellent prices for peace of mind. The nurse I saw was lovely and very informative. She explained everything thoroughly. The results were emailed within a few day. Very impressed.”

“I am glad my daughter found the Mole Clinic for me. Having been seen by Lucy has put my mind at rest. The only thing I didn't like about the place was the awkward stairs because I have a troublesome knee and walk with a stick.”
