So, before Christmas and to take advantage of the special offer, I put the Pearls chosen into the basket to purchase after Christmas. When I returned in January I found an empty basket and the pearls had reverted to their original higher price. I contacted the company and they immediately let me have them at the offer price.
All my queries were answered within hours, sometimes within minutes. The product arrived at my UK home within three days of the order by FedEx. The packaging was strong and secure. The presentation box was superb, the pearls were excellent value for money, and, most important, my wife loves them. I enjoyed dealing with this company and my daughter, who looked enviously on her Mum’s pearls could well end up with the same ones, if only to stop her borrowing my wife’s.
