“Item has still not arrived after 3-4 weeks”

This review on 9th December was the first time we were notified of a problem. We checked the order to confirm it was dispatched on time with tracking information sent via email. The tracking confirmed the collection from ourselves and receipt at the couriers central hub on 24th November but then nothing until 30th November where it was identified as "Departed Depot" within their ROI sort centre. As the parcel was not destined for Ireland it was evident something had gone terribly wrong. We immediately contacted the customer to apologise and shipped a replacement which we are happy to confirm was delivered without problem. Fortunately problems like these are very rare however we cannot stress enough if a delivery is not received by the expected delivery date or if the tracking shows something unusual to contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve.

“I needed a new tv stand for a new bigger tv that I purchased, so I looked on line and found the Plasma Centre on line. I purchased a new tv stand from the Plasma centre and it was delivered the next day. And I am very pleased with my purchase. And I would recommend this dealership.”
