We are sorry to hear that you have had an issue with our delivery service. From your tracking the first order was dispatched on time on the 5th and delivered at 15.13 on the 6th? You paid for next day service and this was achieved. Your 2nd order was to a different delivery address with an am service applied. This was dispatched on time and the am service applied but unfortunately the courier has not achieved this and delivered it pm on the same chosen day. This is not an excuse but delivery companies are working under extreme pressure due to the Covid pandemic with significantly higher deliveries each day as more people shop online. Delivery staff often have to self isolate further adding to the delivery pressures. I feel your review is a little harsh considering considering both orders were delivered on the requested day although the second order was a few hours late. We will refund you your delivery charge on both orders.

“Admired the delivery men as it poured all day he was soaked thru but was cheerful and professional. Because of the weather i presume that is why it was over two hrs later than first given, 3.00 came gone 5.00.”

“Ordered via eBay on behalf of my uncle. Fast delivery and good communication regarding anticipated delivery time beforehand. One of the parts for the tv stand was the wrong length, as this was within the pack it’s unlikely to have been The Plasma Centre’s fault. Within a couple of days a replacement part was sent out and we’re now happy with the product.”

“Purchased a stand for my Sony. I used the website to check comparability and with a certain amount of trepidation order it. There was no need to worry. The stand arrived earlier than expected, well packed and great quality. The instructions were good and the stand came with all the screws and bolts needed for my TV. A great service. Thank you”

“I am very pleased with the TNW Munich TV Stand purchased recently. Unfortunately, on their order confirmation, there was no mention of the colour had ordered and it was supplied in oak, not walnut which I thought I had ordered. It was exchanged with no problem. On most items I have ordered on-line, full details are supplied on Order Confirmations but not in this case, just a model number. I was told I had pressed the wrong button, so I would have to pay for the return carriage. This rather spoiled my opinion of this Company as to future orders. The product itself is excellent. The assembly instructions were clear and the parts well catalogued. The only parts missing were tea bags and sandwiches because with 50 bags of screws etc: it did take rather a long time to assemble but well worth it!”
