“I received two products, both great quality however the mug had a small green stain on which had transferred off the leaflet they had put in the box. I emailed and they were quick to respond and asked me if I’d like a refund or a replacement. I opted for a replacement as the product was good otherwise. Since then I have not received a replacement, money back or an email back. I have emailed twice to query this but still no response.”

“Arms on the bear became loose very soon after receiving the bear. I had to get them sewn back on by a family member.”

Hi Gail We emailed you back on 4th January asking you to send over photos as this is clearly a manufacturing issue that we need to investigate with our supplier. Once we've received these, we can also arrange a replacement to be sent to you. I look forward to hearing from you Thanks Emma

“Nice coaster but arrived damaged - as you would expect when mailed in a paper envelope - no bubble wrap or tissue paper - anything- to protect it, what a disappointment - and too late now, I'll just have to apologise to the recipient.”

“I ordered because I'd seen next day delivery on Amazon, and needed a present for the next day. I messaged in the morning and they said they could do this. I then received a message in the afternoon saying the printer had broken. Great communication to tell me but too late for me to order anything else. The tea towel I ordered was fine.”

“My package arrived damaged.. The box was too small to package such a delicate wood piece, with no padding. pieces were peeking through damaged box. The tree has 3 broken branches, 2 just tips, one is a larger piece. Not happy!!”

“Good communication and service. The cutlery I ordered is in itself good quality and nice design but the 'engraving' was terrible. It is not engraved and has almost now washed/rubbed off. Very disappointing.”
