“I bought a tea towel for my husband for our 2nd anniversary and chose the gift wrapping option as it said it would be wrapped in 'black paper with a gold ribbon'. When the product arrived it was wrapped in pink ribbon. As it was for my husband (a Man) i asked if the ribbon could be changed. I got a very terse reply 3 days later to say that it wasn't possible. In fact they were downright rude. I would never use this company again.”

“Rubbish! Cut of the image when I rang to complain told someone will call back but never did no did they answer me email! Stay away useless not that i expect this review to be published will also right review on trust pilot to be safe”

“Appalling. Ordered two face cloths for my twin girls' birthday. - arrived with white thread on both rather than the colours shown on web site - arrived with large bits of paper still stitched on back, and a load of loose threads. I had to spend some time sorting this out before I could give it to anyone. - cloths don't match. One was style shown in picture on tbird web site (a wilko one that wilko sell two for £1 on their web site), the other was a smaller plain and poorer quality one. - the quality is such that colour runs quite intensely from the cloth every time it's used. Not great particularly for children. - on the one positive note it arrived quickly and p and p was very reasonable. Would not recommend.”

“Unfortunately, no Love to share here. I ordered a personalised children's bag and after chasing the order have been informed that I should have received a cancellation email as it is no longer stocked. Really poor!”

“Dreadful load of tat that when I complained I was treated dreadfully and had to go to trading standards who refunded me! I would never buy from you again please take me off your mailing list.”

You returned a personalised clock to us that you claimed was faulty, but was in full working order when it arrived back to us. Our returns policy state that personalised items can only be returned if there's a problem, which there wasn't. We offered to send the item back to you but you were quite rude to us. I'm not sure what else we could do
