I cancelled an order in June for an iPhone X and received an email that it had been cancelled since then however 5 payments have been taken out my account adding up to a total of £150. Upon realising this I called up there customer service team unlucky for me (Emma) answered the phone, Her boyfriend must have ended things that day or something because never in my life have I been met with such an unpleasant, unprofessional, patronising human being. She told me that there had been another order put in with the company and that’s why I had been charged I explained to Emma that I hadn’t placed another order ( 4 weeks after cancelling one ), she then asked if anyone has access to my bank details which I said yes they do Emma then said why would you give out your bank details I don’t even know my own bank details why would you give them out (Emma you should know your own bank details really )although I didn’t think I should have to answer this I did I told Emma the reason someone has my details is because being disabled leaves me unable to get to the shop, bank, or sometimes makes simple orders so my partner or sister do it for me. Now believe it or not Emma then went on to dispute the fact I was disabled 😐Emma then went on to say I should have been checking my bank for payments coming out more often than I had and that she is on her banking app everyday I pointed out to Emma than not everyone has online banking so not everyone can do that ( she found this simply baffling ) THIS COMPANY MAY OFFER YOU SOMETHING AT THE TIME AND YOU THINK GREAT BUT THEY HAVE PROVEN THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED !!JUST TAKE AN EXTRA FIVE MINUTES TO FIND ONE OF THE OTHER COMPANIES THAT WILL DO THE SAME ( MOBILESFORYOU-SUNSHINE MOBILE ) ARE JUST A COUPLE ALTERNATIVES. NO ONE SHOULD GET AWAY WITH TAKING MONEY OUT YOUR ACCOUNT FOR AN ORDER YOU CANCELLED BUT CERTAINLY NO ONE SHOULD GET AWAY WITH MAKING YOU FEEL AS LOW AS THIS PERSON DID TODAY
