I made an investment decision that I later came to regret. Despite my repeated requests to customer service, I was unable to withdraw my funds. Fortunately, I was able to retr|eve my money with the assistance of SPECTRUM-CREST. If you have also been the victim of a scam, I encourage you to contact them.

I only kept my $95 a month Fubo subscription because of the YES network. Now that they won't be broadcasting the Yankees Division Series I will be canceling it . Hey YES and Fubo you know where you can go!

The worst app out there!! It always freezes up. Not worth the money and there support system is the worse. Hopefully the Yankees will be on Amazon and Apple all the time in the future.

Con Artist avoid at all costs did not complete order as small print says that you have to wait 8 months to get the phone only to discover they still took a payment of £40 when contacted them they said the only thing I could do is cancel order (which I didn't make) but would lose the money , moved on to small claims court only 40 quid but these are just criminals who steal your money use at your peril

DO NOT USE THE YES NETWORK!!!, is signed up to a new contract last week, i signed an agreement that i would not being paying my monthly bill until the end of the month, so far i had a payment taken from me for 39.99 then another a few days later for 29.99! i have not yet received any sim card or phone and have paid for services i have not used, when i tried to call YES NETWORK it took me days to get through to them, i have never experienced worse customer service in all my life, the operative was very cheeky from the start and would not help me in any way, her words were "do not talk over me who do you think you are?, i am hanging up now and its your problem and you wont be getting your money back! " she then just hung the phone up on me, i called back and the next operative was very much the same and proceeded to call me an idiot!! where else would you get customer service like this? very unprofessional company and at this point they are coming across as scammers and robbing people of their money!! absolute disgrace and there needs to be legal action taken against this organization!!

Why do you always post the score when the encore game is playing on tv? You never used to do this. It is very difficult to watch The encore game when I know the score is going to pop up on the bottom of the screen. It's hard not to look! Please stop doing this!

Bunch of con artists with in two minutes had phone call from O2 six more today Also worrying lots of emails Offering a lone at modest 650% could not sign fast enough (not ) avoid

Zero compassion zero help and trained apes have better customer service skills. I will be getting £300+ i paid for nothing. No phone received They take full advantage of people who have bad 10 stars for being a rip off company.

They are the worst possible network , don’t fool yourselves jumping into their traps! Once they’ve taken my money and I haven’t received any sim nor device and I’ve been charged 3 weekly payments , I’ve called them to cancel and request a refund which a month later , I didn’t have any results ( no refund , no sim , no device ) Don’t trust these clowns !

RUDE IGNORANT WOMEN - who have a cocky vile attitude . ZERO compassion.. Will not give any details about complaints department. TRADE AND STANDARDS made up for that. I will say 10 gold stars when they are taking your money.. THEY TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR. ROBBED OF HUNDREDS OF POUNDS 300+ the weekly amount is a joke.. THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED. when it comes to sending the phone out hahaha ask for refund ? get told we cant offer you a refund at the moment.. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND/PHONE . LAST AUGUST CONTRACT STARTED
