“Do not use!!! I ordered a phone. Then I realised I'd made a mistake and cancelled it 5 mins later. They took 25 pound from my card. I phoned them for a refund. And a very rude, sarcastic and condescending lady told me I would only get 5 pound back as there was a cancellation fee. She told me it was the law. However I believe there is a law about a 2 week cool down period. I will be pursuing this with trading standards.”

“Don't ever come to here and buy anything you won't get any phone in three months you will get a letter saying there needs security checks and there not delivering cause of this and told sorry and then they will say the weekly money was line rental”
