I bought a top which was exactly what I wanted. Trouble is it was the last one in the sale and when I got it home, I realised why. The zip was faulty and it wouldn't close. Zipyard did a brilliant job. They diagnosed the problem expertly. Then they put it right in less than a week and for an excellent price. So nice to deal with too.

Popped in Saturday to have a minor stitching job on my motorcycle over trousers (re-attach a velcro strip ) Was seen by Barbara & Dee great service & price was only in shop for 10 mins, was dealt with very quickly & efficiently ,Barbara even stitched the other velcro strip to make sure that didn't become un-stitched, Thanks ladies

Not really worth one star but system won't accept otherwise !Was promised a date, texted to say not ready, so I called in the following week and spoke to manager, promised dress would be ready early the following week, called in 10 days later and job not even started so I requested and was given a refund.

They did offer to refund our money for the alterations but I was concerned that if took the refund and the outfit was ruined we would not be able to do anything about.

Had 2 dresses which need altering and upon picking them up I was asked to try them on again just to make sure they were ok. They weren't perfect for the seamstress so I left them for another 24 hours and they were perfect upon collection. Fabulous service, lovely people and I will definitely be back! thank you
