Hi Brian, Sorry to hear that you haven't received the order confirmation and shipping emails. The order confirmation email goes out immediately after the order is placed and the shipping confirmation email with tracking goes out when the tracking number is available. If you're not seeing these in the inbox then they would have gone in the spam/junk folder. Your order was delivered on February 18th. If you have any other questions please contact us directly.
