“The second time I used it the new batteries got very hot. I was afraid to use it again, so I threw it away. Not a good product.”

“Was told i was paying for 3 day shipping through UPS, instead it shipped FedEx ground and it took 5 days to get. Don’t give me that stuff that only ships Monday through Friday because FedEx ships 7 days a week. Need to be more specific on your shipping. Product arrive and she loves it!”

“The carrier mistakenly concluded they could not deliver to my address, so my order was returned to your company. But no refund was ever issued, the products were not re-shipped, and your company retained my funds.”

“Very cheap product. Both inflatable toys popped in their first two uses. Garbage product and wouldn’t recommend anyone buy them.”

“One “soft” toy was neither soft nor lifelike, and the heated toy vibrated but never even got warm. The price for these two toys was outrageous, considering the quality and when compared to toys from other sources. Never again!”
