Hi Brian, Sorry to hear that you haven't received the order confirmation and shipping emails. The order confirmation email goes out immediately after the order is placed and the shipping confirmation email with tracking goes out when the tracking number is available. “Ordering and shipping were fine, anonymous, and pretty fast. The product left a lot to be desired. The inflatable exploded on the 3rd or 4th time. A waste of $48.”
