“The worse online courses around! Would give 0 stars but unable to. No one is ever available to speak to, a message will pop up saying they are but when you message they suddenly have no one! They say certificates are free and they are not, I have just had £20+ taken for a certificate that was supposed to be free. The material is dated. Bad customer service, bad courses, overall bad experience.”

UPDATE - ( they were) using fake logo of a genuine excellent training course provider- go to them not these people
UPDATE 1 - CPD emailed them as confirmed by animal care customer service and then gave them a new number very quickly with no comeback on previous trading using another providers number with no official recognition.
UPDATE 2 - the moment they realise they have a bad review I get a call from "customer service" asking if I had received my certificate which I had. Refused to address any concerns I had that they had been using another CPD number that they have and no links with andf the RSPCA whose logo that they display.
Very dubious stats on their courses which imply they are totally made up. Try and click on the reviews and nothing comes up as they are just manually created.? Example - course of 660 students with 5 reviews you can't see and at the bottom of the course check out that there are no reviews at all - Search for
animal-care-level-3-course/ and see for yourself
Look at how many courses only have 5 reviews regardless of the number of students and you cant even read them!

Miserable. Course was actualyl okay but a week later still no PDF certificate. Websitr simply said "under evaluation" for days ( PDF certifctae arrived a week later) Terrible customer service with multiple emails un-answered and no phone calls returned. Seemed like a scam. Will see what happens but advise to stay well clear. All phone calls get diverted to voicemail and even messages submitted via website are not replied to. Despite that, I get daily emails offering new special offers with misleading subject titles to get you to open them. Stay well away as the price while low, is not worth the hassle. Claiming back for fraud from credit card company. After completing the course and buying the PDF download I got an instant invoice so they are very happy to take your money and do nothing.”
“Absolutely terrible. I purchased the Pet First Aid course and it is nothing more than a series of short videos you could probably watch on YouTube for free. I contacted them and they offered me a refund but never actually gave me it. Avoid this scam!”
“They started to charge for certificates in PDF, they used to be free as part of the course. Also says they are instant, which to them is 3-10 working days. They only seem to post 5 star reviews on there site. All these things are very off putting, I'll take my business elsewhere in the future and so will anyone else under my employment.”
