“I ordered 2 honey pot ants accidentally I only wanted one and I told them that and got no money back and one queens abdomen was dented and the other ones abdomen was abnormally small and looked dark and injured. Both the ants died I was promised another ant with brood and a heating cable that never came I emailed them about this over 4 times and the kept saying it would be there next week and it has never showed up since. I have waited 3 months for my replacement please answer me. I wouldn’t recommend the ant vault at all.”

“Got a cherry headed honeypot ant and she arrived quickly but died later, however customer support was really helpful and we got a new queen (swapped to a Novomessor Cockerelli) sent out. She arrived very fast and had a bunch of brood, seeds with her and she was very active. My only problem with the ant vault is that it’s a bit overpriced but I’m very happy with my ants”
“Ordered the cherry honey pots and the queen arrived with no brood at all and is slow and lethargic, she is also missing one of her antennae and she keeps falling over. I fear for her safety and for anyone else’s purchases. Try and find a different place to get your ants. Hopefully I can get a refund when she inevitably passes… never purchasing from here again”
