“Got a cherry headed honeypot ant and she arrived quickly but died later, however customer support was really helpful and we got a new queen (swapped to a Novomessor Cockerelli) sent out. She arrived very fast and had a bunch of brood, seeds with her and she was very active. My only problem with the ant vault is that it’s a bit overpriced but I’m very happy with my ants”
“Ants dead on arrival but got a free replacement. From the moment the ants arrived, my son moved them into the ant farm. Apparently we were not supposed to do that since it was just a queen with eggs, and the queen ended up dying from the stress a couple days later. RIP. So I called ant vault and let them know of the situation and they shipped out another queen ant completely for free (we had to pay shipping though), but thats fine. Thank you so much!”
