“Beware when buying tickets my experience is if you can't get to the performance they are not helpful. We had 4 tickets for for a Thursday performance at the Playhouse, due to a change of circumstances we were unable to attend, they offered to try to sell the tickets at a charge of£3.00 per ticket if sold we would receive a credit not refund. There were 3 seats available for Wednesday when I asked to swap I was told they could not swap if it's less than 5 days before the performance, I could buy the 3 tickets, and hope they sold the Thursday tickets. This was unlikely as the were advertising the performance as sold out when my 4 tickets were available. The tickets were not sold so I would payed twice to see the performance.”
“Would have enjoyed this evening's production on Stage 2 far more if the hearing loop necklace had worked. Don't have any issues with using the T Setting on ny hearing aids in other venues so this was very disappointing.”

“Booking tickets on this website is not as smooth as it could be. The steps to find seats and book them seem convoluted. Watching shows at the theatre is a good experience, apart from the price of the drinks!”
