“Beware before you buy the new hydrating serum(which in fact is an oil) as after one small application ,my skin broke out and feels on fire.Obviously something in it that didn't agree with me but please use my experience before you buy,just in case”
“I have contacted the Bath House as I have been given the incorrect reed refill in the Kirby Lonsdale store and only found out when I got home 2 days later. I have contacted BH to ask what they can do about it, (twice), but heard nothing. Not Good Customer Service... Very disappointed....”
“The lady in the shop was so helpful. I said I wanted to buy a gift of hand cream and she showed me all the different products with different fragrances. When I made my choice it was beautifully gift wrapped. Once I had paid I was also given a couple of free samples for myself and my mum. The next time I am in Kirkby Lonsdale I will definitely shop there again.”
