“We purchased a reed diffuser and the smell is completely different from the one in the shop and smells like gone off aftershave. Total waste of money! The candle had minimal scent and is not like our true Grace candles that are high quality”
“Beware before you buy the new hydrating serum(which in fact is an oil) as after one small application ,my skin broke out and feels on fire.Obviously something in it that didn't agree with me but please use my experience before you buy,just in case”
“I have contacted the Bath House as I have been given the incorrect reed refill in the Kirby Lonsdale store and only found out when I got home 2 days later. I have contacted BH to ask what they can do about it, (twice), but heard nothing. Not Good Customer Service... Very disappointed....”
