We would like to point out that we picked your order and electronically lodged on Thursday 20th of January 12:26pm, Australia Post failed to pick up on Friday the 21st because of Covid 19 staff shortages, we dropped off at Post Office agency on Monday 24th of January, again, we did this because their Somerton BC in Victoria was closed because of staff shortages caused by Covid. We could do anything about the weekend in between. We think your review is harsh based on the current problems being experienced by all transport companies. We just wanted to point this out as we did everything right in this instance and we cannot be responsible for current delays experienced by many transport companies.
