“Chose the more expensive postage option and paid the extra to use a service that is more reliable in my area. Had the parcel then sent by the cheaper freight company and when contacted about it received a below average response. I would of understood had they contacted me and explained but instead I received a rude email in return and wasn't even offered the extra postage to be refunded. Then received a rude email requesting to know that it had been delivered minutes after the tracking said delivered. Customer service is rude and I will continue to not recommend the company.”
