Terrible return policy. Store gift card only plus no free return shipping. Plus charged a restocking fee. Followed size chart and sizes not even close and now I’m out extra money. Only order from here if you’re positive on size and style.

I purchased a sweater that I had seen on Instagram. First, the sweater appeared to be black and white. When it arrived it was charcoal. My bad for not paying attention to the description, and only looking at the picture. Next, I usually wear a large or XL - but I used the size chart and ordered a medium. It was too big for me to keep. When I inquired about a return or exchange - I was told NO EXCHANGES. Only returns for STORE CREDIT. And I had to pay the shipping cost back. Terrible return policy in this day and age when I could've ordered a sweater that looked just like this from Amazon. Too bad I saw it on the Amazon site after I placed this order. I paid $50 and they want to give me a store credit for $36. I'd rather donate the sweater than go through the trouble of the return, only to get a store credit. I will NEVER order from Blushing Brunette again.

I would not order from this company. I ordered several shirts and needed to exchange one for another size. They never responded back as they said they would within 2 to 3 days. Tried to send another message and still no response. They only offer store credit for a return, but would not even do an exchange for me. Very poor customer service. Will not buy from them again.

I was trying on a skirt that looked cute on the site. I was not entirely sure it would be exactly what I needed with the outfit but I decided to try it - much like I do with clothes on Amazon and other websites. Make sure you look at the return policy. It is only for store credit, they charge you $7.50 for the return, and they send the gift card via mail. You make sure you have the right size and want exactly what you’re ordering.

Don't order from here if you're a normal sized person. I had ordered a pair of pants that were a large and I could barely get them above my hips. The returns are not even worth processing. Really disappointed.

Horrible. Would have given zero stars if it had been an option. Returns are a nightmare and customer service is disrespectful at best. So disappointed to have given money to this company.

If I could give it a zero I would! Size guide is a LIE! I ordered 2 bathing suits according to the size guide, I'm a 42DD bra size, I ordered the 2XL top to make sure the top was big enough and there is NO WAY a 42DD fits in these tiny tops! NEVER again will I order from this store. AND no refunds!!!!! What a SCAM!!!

Note: Most of the high reviews on their Facebook are irrelevant and not even about their products! You can’t return items without 1) paying a huge shipping fee and then there is a processing fee that may be applied on top of that 2) no money refunded, only a store credit. I would never buy again knowing that so I’ll just take my purchase as a loss because by the time a return a $50 purchase I’m ending up with very little store credit. Poor customer service! Items were just ok.

Would give zero if I could. Items don’t fit - and they refuse to refund or give info on how to return items - they have been stalling a PayPal claim for weeks. Buyer beware - they will not issue refund - only store credit

Ordered a skirt - it was too small and poorly made and tore a bit at the zipper when I tried on so I returned. Tags still on. Paid for the return, packaged it up etc and sent it back for store credit only as their policy stated. It was received and I had no response from them for 20+ days. I followed up three times with a reference number and then was told that the package was delivered outside of store hours and they’d need to file a lost package inquiry. I let them know this wasn’t my fault and that I expected my credit. Today I was told the above a Mario isn’t true and that since the item was damaged they couldn’t accept the return but would send it back to me for an additional $10. What universe am I in where you pay $85 for an item, it’s poorly made and too small and then a month goes by without a response and they keep your money anyhow and charge you to return it back? It’s be easier if I just lit my money on fire as that’s the exact scenario I’m in right now. Beware at all costs. SCAM.

Customer service is non existent! I bought a $73 skirt that didn’t fit and followed their protocol for returns. Tracking shows they got it Jan 24th and when I checked up on it Feb 7th was told “returns says we don’t have anything for you, let us know if you need more help!” Uh yeah, I did everything I was supposed to and want my money back since I can prove they received it. Haven’t heard anything back yet but will update if they make good on their terrible procedure of 3rd party system to just say “sorry we got your money and you get nothing” 😒

Different phone numbers listed depending on which website you find. None of the numbers work. Emails are not responded to. Cheap quality merchandise and sizing is not accurate at all.

Not a fan of this company! Only gives store refund, not money back when returning an item. Berated me when I mistakenly returned an item in its original box, which I did not see that info on the packaging return slip. Communication on that was not professional. If a store is only going to give a store refund they should mark that communications LOUD AND CLEAR somewhere or several places. And same for return shipping - that should be labeled LOUD AND CLEAR!
