They offered a $5 gift card and a refund if I return the items but I would pay the shipping costs to return. I can't return something I never received! I placed my order at the end of April. I never received a purchase confirmation nor a tracking number. After a few weeks I sent an email asking about my package and if they could send me any kind of confirmation for my order. I received a reply on May 14 saying that the order was never processed (even though I provided proof that the money came out of my account) but they were shipping it right away.
Another 3 weeks went by and still nothing. I emailed again to ask what was going on and they told me it would be here in a week or two, they also provided a tracking number which said it was delivering the package to the U.S. (I live in Canada). When I emailed again they again said they had no record of my purchase. This is a month after they already told me that they couldn’t find my purchase but had fixed the error. This place is a scam!!!! No contact number, no timely reply. I paid for items that I will not be receiving apparently. Save your money everyone and don’t even bother ordering from here.”
