“Dealing with personal finances can be stressful. The first thing to do is admit you need help. These guys were great. They called me after I entered my details and we had a chat about my debt and the different options. I needed time to process and there wasn’t any pressure to make a decision. Personally I left it a few weeks. I emailed and asked for a call which they did promptly. After a couple of calls everything is now in place and all I had to do is provide all my incomes and expenditures.”
