“After years of being to anxious and scared to sort my self out with my debts I finally took the big step and I cannot stress how amazing Nessar was in helping me. I was made to feel at ease with every step and was not judged in anyway shape or form. I am so grateful for all the help he provided me and extremely happy that I now have a weight lifted off my shoulders and can breathe a bit better and to be able to live my life with less stress.”

“We cannot thank everybody enough for all of the help & guidance we received with our case. Like so many my husband and I both lost our jobs as a result of COVID and our finances were a downhill spiral from there! We’ve spent the last couple of years just about managing to keep our heads above water but the stress & anxiety that all of the debts we had accumulated was starting to become too much - so much so that we we’re having to use debt to pay off debts, and with the recent addition of a baby to the family we knew we couldn’t carry on like that! Each person that we have dealt with from the Debt Advice Service has been so kind, helpful & sympathetic towards us without any judgment of our financial situation. Particularly James, who advised us on our options going forward & helped us to start the process of setting up an IVA. As of today our IVA has been officially put in place and we are already starting to feel a lot more positive about our financial situation & are very much looking forward to having a debt free future! Thank you so much for your help!”

“5* service from start to finish! I was really unsure about what to do next I was supported through the process all my questions answered took away so much stress that I was facing and allowed me to carry on with my life. Steven longsden supported me through this and I cannot thank him enough for his patience and going out of his way to support me. Debt is a really hard thing to deal with and talk about but Steven showed no judgement just wanted the best resolution for me! I look forward to the future now knowing there is a resolution in place especially in the current climate. I cannot recommend The debt advice service enough!”

“Getting in debt is no laughing matter whatsoever, it causes so many problems with mental health , problems with relationships. Having suffered with all the above I decided to make a phone call to see if I could get any help . This company have now helped me no end , I can now sleep easy at night not worrying about debt . I would advise anybody who is effected by debt to contact them immediately, you don’t think there is an answer to your problems , this company have made it possible for me to see a light at the end of a long tunnel .”
