“Izabella ,James & others have made me feel comfortable and at ease over the last few months regardless of the fact that I’d managed to get myself into money troubles over the last few years and assisted me with the best option for myself and my circumstances. Everyone I have spoken with have been so helpful and nonjudgmental which is what you need in such an overwhelming time. The process isn’t rushed or pressured and I’d recommend the debt advice service to others in need of debt assistance during what you feel would embarrassing time. I really feel like the world has been lifted off of my shoulders, 10/10 service. Thank you again Izabella and team ?”

“"I cannot say enough good things about the service i have received from all the advisors i have spoken with, they made me feel at ease from the first phonecall and took all my fears away, they are so helpful and do not pass judgement on your situation. If anyone is ever in debt and struggling then i really recommned you ring this company as the help they give is second to none. I cannot believe how quick the process is and they explain every single thing to you, they are kind and that is what you need as sometimes it is the hardest thing to do is ask for help, to admit your struggling, but they take all that away and help you."”

“We cannot thank everybody enough for all of the help & guidance we received with our case. Like so many my husband and I both lost our jobs as a result of COVID and our finances were a downhill spiral from there! We’ve spent the last couple of years just about managing to keep our heads above water but the stress & anxiety that all of the debts we had accumulated was starting to become too much - so much so that we we’re having to use debt to pay off debts, and with the recent addition of a baby to the family we knew we couldn’t carry on like that! Each person that we have dealt with from the Debt Advice Service has been so kind, helpful & sympathetic towards us without any judgment of our financial situation. Particularly James, who advised us on our options going forward & helped us to start the process of setting up an IVA. As of today our IVA has been officially put in place and we are already starting to feel a lot more positive about our financial situation & are very much looking forward to having a debt free future! Thank you so much for your help!”
