“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a mostly positive experience working with this debt service. From the beginning, the team was professional, responsive, and took the time to explain the entire process clearly. They helped me organise my finances and created a realistic plan that made my debt feel manageable — and that alone was a huge relief and a big weight lifted off my shoudlers. They covered each of my options and was able to exaplin the pros and cons for all of them helping me choose and decide the best option for me. I finally feel that I can deal with my financial difficulty in an appropriate and efficent manner for myself. The customer service team has been patient and informative whenever I’ve had questions. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would recommend this service to anyone feeling overwhelmed by debt. They deliver what they promise and truly do help you get back on track.”

“I don’t know where to start and wish I had done this sooner.. helpful from the start and made me feel human again explained everything in great detail from beginning to end from what was needed what any calls would be etc I feel less stressed”

“They explained all my options and the legal cover I had with each option. They ensured I understood everything. They explained the process and what is expected of me. It would be good to have an explanation about the referral process as sometimes I got confused with which company I was talking too. Overall DAS was good.”

“Josh has been exceptional. He has made us feel at ease, explained things clearly to us without judgement and without being patronising. He has been empathetic and listened to us and validated our feelings in this stressful period. We have asked him countless questions which he has patiently answered clearly and has made us feel we can talk to him for as long as we need. I dread to think how many hours he works as he seems to be available to speak to us whenever we need him! He has made sure we have ended every call feeling satisfied that all our questions have been answered and that we are confident in the decisions we have made. I have never in my life received such incredible customer service as I have received from Josh and cannot praise him enough. I would also like to say that Amy and Jason were also very kind, listened to our concerns and explained things clearly when we were getting overwhelmed. All three have made this daunting experience so much more manageable for us and we can't thank them enough for all they have done. The Debt Advice Service is an incredible service that will change our lives dramatically for the better. I will 100% recommend it to anyone I know that is struggling financially.”
