“This company is a scam. The do not disclose fees up front. I told them I wanted to move my site to a new hosting company and they removed my site from the internet and blocked my access. I am still waiting for someone to get back to me.”
“Jerry has scammed me, harassed me and stolen my money. They started at $400 for a website design, great, then want to charge me $1,500 to use the website else where or pay $2,500 for there housing. I chose to let them host it. Then they said it would be $570 a year for security... I would have to pay 5 years in advance. Scam! I can't use a different company for security, they took down my website and took away my access! Scam! They also right fake reviews so beware of any of these five stars I don't believe a single one of them. I've asked for a refund they've said no they for asked me calling me 10 15 20 times a day when I asked for space Stay Away.”
“Terrible experience. Logo design was good but the website development experience was and continues to be awful. Total lack of transparency about costs from the outset with constant upcharges. Started out at $400 and is now $7,000 with more money being requested. Told on a number of occasions the site they build for me would be taken down for various reasons unless I paid more money. It is difficult to maintain a relationship with this pattern of behavior. Their design of the site was good but loading the content was cumbersome with having to submit the same changes multiple times. My latest experience is being told my site has been taken down because they were notified my site that they developed and hosted was Non-ADA compliant. No details provided as to what exactly is non-compliant given the nature of my private business with no employees or who provided them the notification.”
“This is the worst company to deal with. Stay away, they are thieves. The logos they provided were generic and didn't fit our club. In the end, I provided them a logo one of our kids created and told them to provide it in the formats they promised. After I got the logos I was told I had to copyright them through their company. I paid them $800 and they never copyrighted them. They gave me fake invoices and approvals from the US Copyright office. When I contacted the US Copyright office they said they never received an application for our logo. I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint, the company refused to respond. later they called and taunted me about stealing the money saying I would never get it back. They are the worst”
“Promises and then does not deliver. Always trying for the upsell. I paid $119 for their logo design package and once I was happy with the design they refused to transfer ownership unless I paid another $298. This was never disclosed upfront in writing nor in the 40 minute phone conversation I had with them. This guys are scammers. Stay away!”
