Convo began, she explained features and benefits of the SharkPro....even demonstrated it...and...let me try it out for myself!
I had mentioned that I was supposed to be sussing microwaves.
She asked questions re my requirements and next thing I know I am standing in front of the perfect choice.
I left the Store with both a Stick Vac and Microwave!
