“Would have been helpful to know when my parcel was dispatched or receive some sort of confirmation it had been sent and tracking details as once I had paid I heard nothing until it arrived a week later.”

“Great product and fast service at a good price. Only downside was that 2 of the three jars I ordered had come open in transit, I managed to use one and freeze the other but not ideal”

“Hello. I was delighted to receive my purchase fairly promptly after my order, and you stock high quality brands, however, it was obvious that some of the items were not in stock and needed to be delivered in piecemeal, which sets up a different expectation about delivery times. I am still waiting on two bottles of Aswagandha! Disappointed not to have any communication about the rest of my order.”
