"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was sent a completely empty box with nothing but the receipt \/ returns label in it. , my housemate took the parcel in otherwise I wouldn\u2019t have taken such a light box in. I then had to call customer services and then they sent a missing item form. I sent it back to them and had to personally chase up around 10 days later for them to say they couldn\u2019t process my claim due to me missing the tracking number - some communication could\u2019ve been nice. After i correctly filled the form in , someone sent a copy & paste response to this (pictured below) I tried to respond for them to say this inbox is not monitored ??????? So there\u2019s no way of receiving money back for a COMPLETELY EMPTY PARCEL. I paid \u00a3290 for a cardboard BOX. Also if you\u2019re advertising your delivery as DPD but sending it via Evri, you\u2019re LYING on your website."
