“A pair of socks I ordered arrived quickly and initially I was happy with the service. However, after wearing these twice they developed a hole in the toe. I contacted the Hip Store online but never heard from them. Poor customer service in my view. Buy with caution.”

“They have a lot of good stuff so it's a shame. But they make it difficult to return things. In my case, I went for the drop box option, found a few local ones, but all were full. I then went back to the returns page, put in the order number and was told I couldn't return the item - and therefore couldn't see the other options where you could print out the return label. When a company makes returns a hassle in any way - especially with clothes - I would avoid it. I also tried to email the info@hipstore address that you'll find on the invoice, listed as customer service 'help', and I got the message that the domain doesn't exist. Unfortunately, I'd avoid this shop. It happened once before too, and i ended up keeping the item - as i will with the 2 items i recently bought.”
