“It was not the best start the treatment I received from your staff was terrible my messages were ignored when I was awaiting the outcome of the meeting so on a whole poor and no I would not recommend this company to anyone! Still awaiting an apology for the poor service from Rachel ignoring message and leaving me not knowing anything so no NOT very good at all”

“Poor communication from the start .also i was assured by them that i would be able to keep the same bank account ect promises that were just bare face lying. They should Not be allowed to lie to get you into a I.V.A .”

“I was very pleased with the service , a few hiccups in the process regarding payment dates not being correct. But after f8nding 9ut today that my u.c deductions have not even been put on my creditors I'm far from happy . That should of been proity stopping those deductions coming out . The lady I have just spoke to has just said my u.c deductions isnt even on my iva , how is this possible when I gave all the information in . So nit only am I paying my iva I'm also having 80.00 a month coming out of my benifits . Not good really .”

“Can’t really say too much but felt backed into corner and in a way pushed into paying the amount they said, nothing else was taken into account when talking to the advisor it all seemed one sided”
