They say that they have shipped and I have tracking info already. There’s a lot of negative on here so trying to spread the good side. ”

“ So i had a issues with this company and in there defense there customer service is great i had put a order in for a grandad keepsake and i had duplicate payment and had no email confirming my order but once i had contacted them they told me there having problems with the system and max who was a great help told me my order had been packaged and sent and i would receive my refund for my duplicate payment within 5 working days. ”
