"If I could give one star I would. Missing a coin for my collection after weeks of backwards and forwards they finally agreed to send me the missing coin. They sent the wrong ones they also sent me a new collection that I didn\u2019t order. Now two months after raising the missing coins and emailing every single day. Messaging through Facebook they totally ignoring me do I have an incomplete set I\u2019ve paid for and two new coins I don\u2019t want"

"I made an order by number: 14802 in 19 Dec 2022, I did not receive it till now, send them many emails & they keep saying that we shipped it.\r\n\r\nI asked for a tracking number but they did not provide me a valid one, I asked for a refund or to resend it again but that never happened.\r\n\r\nIt is a really Horrible experience, they are a scam now so do not buy from them"

They took the money from me. I did not look at reviews before purchasing my items. Now I deeply regret it. It is a complete scam and a waste of my time and money. They should be ashamed of themselves for blindsiding their customers. Their items are about rememberence and commemoration but they do this to their customers. What a disgusting thing to do. When I sent an email to them, they did not reply at all."

"I bought a silver prof coin from this company and after numerous emails chasing the delivery, I received a packet with both ends open and my ordered item is lost. I highly suspected this company is a fraud as they only sent me an empty packet. Never buy from this company again."

"In 11.09.2022 I ordered some items from your site, order number: 160915, delivery method: next day delivery tracked(UK), in total of 76.92\u00a3 and until today 06.10.2022 I did not receive my item ordered. \r\nNobody need to wait more then 25 day for an order. \r\nDo not buy from Coin Club, no Customer service by phone.\r\nI sent an email to cancel my order after 4 week, they wasn\u2019t able to cancel my order, no refund yet."
