The scanning process was terrible. It took so long holding my phone in front of my face my shoulders were literally sore the next day and then after i paid it said i had to do scan again! Trying to get a refund now. Big waste of time.

The goggles were leaking, leaving lines around my eyes and fogging up. I tried swimming with them on several times, adjusting the straps/fit but nothing worked and I became completely frustrated having to stop every few laps to adjust them, let the water out of them and to try to ‘defog’ them. I had emailed you with my concerns requesting a refund but have heard nothing.

I've emailed them extensively as my googles were paid for and not received.they don't respond to emails on time and I've requested a refund .very poor customer service ,stay away from this company.

My goggles do not fit. To keep them on my face I had to have the strap extremely tight which was very painful.
I would like a refund. Aside from the fact that these were recommended by a friend Magic goggles seem like a gimmic.
