Goggles great. Wasn't greatly protected during delivery. It arrived with a whole in the cardboard box and a dent in the box for the goggles. The goggles weren't damaged, so we didn't make a fuss. It was for my wife, since no other brand seemed to fit. And they are surprisingly well fitting.

On the first delivery I had a small leak in one of the lenses, but this was only noticeable at high speed after starting and turning. After complaining about this, my personal fit was adjusted and I received a new pair. These fit perfectly.

The customer service is good, but for me the goggles are very leaky. The first pair they sent leaked like a sieve. They had me re-do the scan and they sent a second pair. This took about three weeks. The second pair also leak, so I have requested a refund. Apparently this is something that works well for some people, but not for me.

I placed an order 15 days ago, and submitted a scan immediately, after a week, there was no update. I contacted the business multiple times to check the order status, I received one response that the scan needed to be validated. then I submitted another scan, and the third scan, that was last Tuesday, I haven't heard back from them yet. Not sure about the scan validated or not, nor the order status. I tried to call the phone number in the email, went to the voice mail directly. I wonder is this business still operating? Should I request a refund?

The scanning process was terrible. It took so long holding my phone in front of my face my shoulders were literally sore the next day and then after i paid it said i had to do scan again! Trying to get a refund now. Big waste of time.

Has 3 pairs previously which fit perfectly, these clear ones were to a new scan and unfortunately they leaked .. magic replaced free of charge , 2nd pair after tweaking the straps fit without leaking. Can’t fault the customer service
