Goggles great. Wasn't greatly protected during delivery. It arrived with a whole in the cardboard box and a dent in the box for the goggles. The goggles weren't damaged, so we didn't make a fuss. It was for my wife, since no other brand seemed to fit. And they are surprisingly well fitting.

The customer service is good, but for me the goggles are very leaky. The first pair they sent leaked like a sieve. They had me re-do the scan and they sent a second pair. This took about three weeks. The second pair also leak, so I have requested a refund. Apparently this is something that works well for some people, but not for me.

First goggles didn't fit, contacted customer service and were able to sort extremely quickly with minimum hassle. New goggles fit great, very secure completely water tight. Impressed with the product but customer service was particularly excellent, so would happily recommend the company.
