The customer service is good, but for me the goggles are very leaky. The first pair they sent leaked like a sieve. They had me re-do the scan and they sent a second pair. This took about three weeks. The second pair also leak, so I have requested a refund. Apparently this is something that works well for some people, but not for me.

They fit so well without having to be super tight and uncomfortable. I’ve never had a problem with them coming off during a meet. The customer service is also phenomenal. When my first pair had a leak and I had to keep them uncomfortably tight I just had to fill out a form. After filling out the form, they sent me a brand new pair that had a perfect fit. I highly recommend.
