For the beginning I received the first pair and then I noticed that water was getting inside of my left eye, I tried using them many times and continue to happen, immediately I asked Customer Service to help me to resolve this problem and I received a second pair that closed amazingly and I will say that what and excellent service, what a commitment and serious customer service, thanks again!
