“The product is great, and love the little compostable tub it comes in, but the whole point of me buying this product was to not have plastic waste, this small tub came in a box which could have fit 4 of them in, and then the whole thing was wrapped in plastic, which felt like it defeats the purpose. I might buy again but indirectly and see if it helps”

Thanks for the review and we're really happy you love the product. However, apologies, if you were disappointed with the packaging. Just to note the polythene bag its wrapped in is fully biodegradable. The purpose of the bag was extra protection for your order during shipping, having said that we are trialling out sending the mailer boxes without the poly bag.
With regards to your query regarding the box - we purposely have 1 box for all our products whether its 1 or 4 items, this is to avoid surplus stock of cardboard packaging.

“I made up a box and purchased 3 items: 1. The green tea and clay mask - really great and very good for clearing and refreshing the skin. 2. The caffeine high exfoliator - once again great and good to use for pre shave. 3. Rebalancing Moisturiser which was just the right texture and not too thick. I also had a small issue with one of the items initially and contacted their customer service who were fantastic. Thank you - a great ethical brand matched with super products.”
