“Very patient with new pcp users, they don’t make you feel like you’re an idiot and helpful when you have problems I have purchased two guns from them and AEA SF 30 Cal, and a LCS special edition, 25 Cal I did have a problem with the LCS but mainly operator error 🤣 thought I knew a lot and I didn’t. They were so helpful with me and understanding. and they have backed everything. They have sold me have a new purchase on order. Can’t wait to get it.”
“The Pellet Shop is absolutely Amazing. “Great Customer Service, great products. I have purchased several items from them. My HP SS MAX 357 needed some service. The Pellet Shop repaired everything for me and calibrated it for me. I asked them how much it would cost to make the repairs and adjustments, and I said it was all covered under warranty. Read the full review here. Screen shots were posted and so were all the facts. This guy made his own mistakes and isnt man enough to own up to it. Just as the post mentions hes a true coward. Didnt man up to his maistakes and even went as far as threathened other members when he was called out. Such a poor excuse for a "man". Airgun nation went as far as keeping the thread up for proof of his threats.”
“I wanted to purchase an impact 3 airgun from the pellet shop with a tin of pellets the total was2288. I called and talked about the lcs airgun and the guy there convinced me it would be a better gun. they sent the lcs in one day after i called and asked them not to two hours after purchasing it. they said it had already been boxed up and i couldnt switch back to FX. I sent the lcs back for a refund when it arrived in the post. they said i would have to pay for shipping back. the pellet shop refunded me 2117 bucks, 171 short of what i paid for the lcs. This company should never be used if you want good customer service. what i mean is they should not have handled this purchase so greedily and underhandedly. I told the owner Bin that i needed a quiet backyard friendly pellet gun . Well Bin convinced me the lcs pellet gun was not loud and was fun. I drove to a local vendor and tried both pellet guns the lcs was very loud the impact 3 was very quiet. I called Bin back and he said he had already prepared it for the mail.”
