“I wanted to purchase an impact 3 airgun from the pellet shop with a tin of pellets the total was2288. I called and talked about the lcs airgun and the guy there convinced me it would be a better gun. they sent the lcs in one day after i called and asked them not to two hours after purchasing it. they said it had already been boxed up and i couldnt switch back to FX. I sent the lcs back for a refund when it arrived in the post. they said i would have to pay for shipping back. the pellet shop refunded me 2117 bucks, 171 short of what i paid for the lcs. This company should never be used if you want good customer service. what i mean is they should not have handled this purchase so greedily and underhandedly. I told the owner Bin that i needed a quiet backyard friendly pellet gun . Well Bin convinced me the lcs pellet gun was not loud and was fun. I drove to a local vendor and tried both pellet guns the lcs was very loud the impact 3 was very quiet. I called Bin back and he said he had already prepared it for the mail.”
