“Just ordered a case of the original habanero. Very similar to my longtime favorite general-purpose habanero sauce, the discontinued Sontava. When I make my own, it's nothing but habanero and carrot juice. That clean simple flavor!”

“I've been using Marie's for several years & absolutely love the rich flavors available (with Beware being my favorite...). Born & raised in Louisiana, I love my hot sauce(s) but Marie's takes top billing, by far. Marie's sauces are not thin & vinegary nor are they blistering hot just for the sake of being hot - but thick, rich & bursting with FLAVOR - in addition to the heat. Highly, highly recommended.”

“Marie, Keep up the fresh flavors! Longtime satisfied customer here. I like the smoked habanero above all. I buy it by the gallon once a year and it lasts me almost a full year, as I blend it into my own superhot mixes to lend a fine, complex smokiness. Quality, Flavor and Strength has always been consistent, so I am very proud to stand behind this family and their amazing production. Compared to Tabasco or Frank's Red Hot, you're getting a boatload more of CHARACTER in your Sauces, not just a one-note vinegar and salt hit. Compared to Melinda's, you're getting LOUDER volumes of heat in the sauces, not just 4 XXXX's on the label. I know what I'm talkin; about. =-)”
