Went in store to complain assured will be delivered asap
Van turned up week later they forgot to put delivery on the van🤡s
Gave up and got a refund

The Range is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, very very poor customer service.
I ordered a sofa from them well over a month ago and so far it hasn’t not arrived and it suppose be delivery on the 0204/2026.
Please don’t order from this company.
