Daughter ordered garden furniture, has been given 2 delivery dates so far by the contracted firm Furdeco, both times no-show, now she's trying to get her money back from The Range they are saying no, not until they can sort this out with Furdeco.

Returns are a nightmare, return was agreed due to faulty item ( large pergola ), said had to pack it up and it would be collected, thats fine, then message saying that I had to return it myself and they would send label, then message saying it would be delivered, i'm not wanting a delivery, even the delivery company couldnt say if it was a delivery or collection, states customer service available from 8.

Absolutely terrible service .Bought in garden furniture in store ,paid in full.Told 7day delivery. Contacted customer service after 14 days told wait another 3days contacted again told not even shipped. Would I like refund would take 3_5 days after 5 days customer service quite rude still waiting for refund now,10 days .Will never deal with them again
