I ordered curtains in September, after being given several delivery dates and contacting customer service several times they have again told me to wait another 3 days.
I have now asked for a full refund. In this time I have made orders to Australia and China who have managed to complete delivery

Impossible Battle to Get customer services to understand this VERY SIMPLE logistical and picking failure (That exists as an every day issue in every single Online Sales Company) I needed this item today 26/9.

Ordered two table lamps online on 28/08/25 told 3-5 days for delivery it's now 07/9/25 and still no lamps.wish I had read reviews before reviews before I had ordered them. Will never order again from this disorganised company very poor

l ordered a bed they sent 2/3 parts wrong I went to customer support and was told they'll pass a message along to the supplier wait 3 days for a reply I got a reply and was told wait 3 days we'll deliver the right one, it never arrived.
I then contacted customer support a second time to say it still isn't here and was once again told that they would pass on a message and to wait an additional 3 days for a reply, when I expressed that l'd already done that and it just wasn't good enough I was told to have a great day and the chat was cut off
The customer support is atrocious the delivery is and has been atrocious and I'm now stuck with half a bed that's too small and no help from The Range or their supplier

We ordered double bed for kids, never order egain nothing . driver asiatic very unprofessional using signed name wich is illegal using signature of my partener on delivery wich is not Allowed instead riceve my order they not delivered missing item i ask the driver why is not complete driver run away end not responded to my question..unprofessional driver,non polite..

Daughter ordered garden furniture, has been given 2 delivery dates so far by the contracted firm Furdeco, both times no-show, now she's trying to get her money back from The Range they are saying no, not until they can sort this out with Furdeco.

Very bad online service as no item received as promised, ordered in July, still waiting for item. Promised delivery when finally get to speak to someone, then it doesn’t turn up. So bad, they need to sort this out! Ripping people off.

If i could give zero stars I would! Zero effort on their part to contact me regarding delivery. Can only speak to a robot. Get no answers and still waiting for delivery even though it was supposed to be with me 2 days ago. This is Marketplace and not the store The Range. Just pathetic.
