ORDERED 3 POTS OF PAINT…..PAID FOR THEM..THEN INFORMED THEY COULD ONLY SEND 2. THE 2 ARRIVED SEPARATLEY……… ONE OF THE POTS HAD OPENED AND WAS LEFT WITH PAINT ALL OVER A MARBLE TABLE. THEY HAVE ONLY SENT ME A REFUND FOR THE DAMAGE ONE…… NOT THE SUM I PAID FOR 3 !!..DONT ORDER FROM THIS STORE . TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE…SHOCKING….DOUBT IF I SEE THE CORRECT REFUND OWED.

My order is still not here two weeks after making purchase using next day and no refund can be offered apparently until items are delivered and returned which can then take up to 5 days,no update on delivery either.

I have placed an order , made payment that has been promptly charged and taken of the card by The Range UK after which they have cancelled the order ( apparently due to some internal compliance checks to which they cannot disclose any further information) BUT here is the trigger - they forgot to issue refund.

Terrible customer service,return policy stinks didn’t even want a refund just a credit note but NO was the answer ,applauding service

With regards to their marketplace items...shocking customer service took ages for a refund and can't return to store...won't b ordering from them again. Stay clear

Absolutely terrible service when you pay £7 for next day delivery: they don’t bother to post it then the solution? I’ll refund you in 5 days and you can go to the store and buy it. If I had time do you not think i would have done that and not paid through my nose for next day delivery? Asked for contact with a senior manager as re-dispatching the delivery is not a thing apparently. Won’t be shopping there again.

I ordered curtains in September, after being given several delivery dates and contacting customer service several times they have again told me to wait another 3 days. I have now asked for a full refund. In this time I have made orders to Australia and China who have managed to complete delivery

Ranted at me in front of two female assistants and despite initially saying he would refund got so angry he then refused to give the refund and walked off.

At The Range in crawley Sussx. I could not return or exchang a light buble wich did not work. I had purchase it that day and l show Them the receipt but they would not give me a refund. So l will go to B&Q or the Pound shop next time.
