Absolutely terrible service .Bought in garden furniture in store ,paid in full.Told 7day delivery. Contacted customer service after 14 days told wait another 3days contacted again told not even shipped. Would I like refund would take 3_5 days after 5 days customer service quite rude still waiting for refund now,10 days .Will never deal with them again

Bought egg chair. Arrived and was faulty and therefore unsafe. Requested refund and as I don't have the palette it came (I have the box) they won't refund. Terrible customer service...poor quality goods. Do not use!

I have been emailing everyday about my delivery that they told me would be here on 11th may and when I message them on 11th may they told me I would have to wait the next day until they could help and I have had 2 email from them and nothing to sort my delivery out or offer of a refund

Still awaiting refund. 3 weeks. No details of "wholesaler" no refund return label - no address - NADA! Will never buy online from The Range again! Avoid!

Appalling. Trying to return range item but told I need to wait 72 hours for third party supplier to provide address….that was 14 days ago….not holding out for refund now but this is so wrong. Would never use again

On top of that, when I finally had to cancel the on-line order I received an instant confirmation that I had collected the goods!!! I have not received any refund and because of the nature of the on line transaction, in store staff are powerless to do anything.
