Quite simply the most difficult and ridiculous returns process of any company I have ever had to deal with.

The Range plus online customer service and returns procedure is diabolical ! Still waiting for refunds on two items over £110 owed to me . They don't supply you with return addresses , really not good . Will never use them again online . You can't return goods to the address they sent them from , yet dong give you any other information .

Trying to get a returns forms to return goods delivered damaged mostly by their bad packing ….. after many attempts to contact them to no avail guess I paid at least £40 for items n spent next £40 on phone calls …., disgusting company that needs to be banned from trading …..

Order online, deliver goods, make out out we accept returns, don’t provide customer service, customer left with goods, we keep the money! Disgusting morals and values.

They don't accept returns without photographic evidence which is uploaded in a format some phones don't have... even if you can it's no guarantee you'll get a refund The delivery took 2 weeks My bamboo fencing I ordered was so cheap and see through and falling to bits! And the packaging!! My god ... The box would have housed an elephant 🐘 Very very bad customer service AVOID

2 days after receiving it when I had a chance to inspect it I called The Range to tell them I would like to return it and there was no paperwork or returns information in the box.
