Absolutely terrible service when you pay £7 for next day delivery: they don’t bother to post it then the solution? I’ll refund you in 5 days and you can go to the store and buy it. If I had time do you not think i would have done that and not paid through my nose for next day delivery? Asked for contact with a senior manager as re-dispatching the delivery is not a thing apparently. Won’t be shopping there again.

It cost me £6 to send it back definitely won’t be using that service again other stores like next sell things for other people, but happy to take it back to the store as our John Lewis very disappointed in The Range where I have been a really good customer for many years

Bought a couple of sofas when came was damaged and very poor quality. Wanted to send them back 3 weeks later I’m still stuck with them emailing daily. Very very very poor …..

I ordered curtains in September, after being given several delivery dates and contacting customer service several times they have again told me to wait another 3 days.
I have now asked for a full refund. In this time I have made orders to Australia and China who have managed to complete delivery

Never again will i use this store! Tried to return a faulty item to the Harrogate store but didn't have my receipt. The Duty Manager was extremely condescending and rude. Lectured me on the need for my receipt. Showed him the transaction on my bank statement. Said it wasnt his fault the item was not fit for purpose. Value of the item was £12 and i would have been happy to exchange but this was not offered. Ranted at me in front of two female assistants and despite initially saying he would refund got so angry he then refused to give the refund and walked off. Eventually gave me a gift card. I could no longer argue with him. It was embarrassing having to stand there and take this verbal abuse especially as one of the assistants was smirking. Then I realised he was on a power trip and wanted to look good in front of the two young female assistants. Don't shop at this store if you want good customer service!

The shopping was great but the cashier was terrible she told me she had applied my student discount as I had spent over £40 but when I got home and checked she hadn't she lied to me terrible customer service
I emailed customer services head office to be told digital uni days is unacceptable really all uni discounts are digital nothing is in paper form also told the amount spent does not include Icelands when clearly the receipt forwarded shows shopping at The Range NOT Icelands obviously not bothered to even look at at the receipt
DIABOLICAL service all round and expensive won’t be going again
