Very bad service and the online service does not work and not fit for purpose. Nobody from The Range answers any emails and there is no contact phone number you can use. Do not recommend anyone using their online service because once they have your money they lose interest. They are probably working a very sofisticated scam business.

The Range customer service is appalling!! I ordered 2 chairs of different colours but they sent me 2 of the same colour. This was nearly 3 months ago and after about 40 emails back and forth they have still done nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Bought a hot water dispenser online - it started to leak. Customer service non existent, no refund for faulty goods. Told to fix the electrical appliance myself. Ended up putting a claim in through small claims court.

Brought hoover online took it back said refund within 4 days to bank card still waiting 8 weeks later shoddy service email numerous times still no joy

Customer service is rubbish,non existent.got no confirmation email. Whole system is a complete waste as they use bots.will not shop there again ever. Hope I get what I ordered as they take your money and forget about you.discusting.

Absolute dumpster fire of a company. Never buy from them. Had to cancel a large order (over £100) due to the incorrect delivery date being displayed and am still waiting for a refund after almost 2 months and literally hundreds of emails back and forth with customer service representatives repeating the same useless information. Never, never buy from them!

We purchased the New Hampshire Corner dinning set with ice bucket (grey). Wish we hadn’t…absolute rubbish. The very 1st summer all the grey seat pads faded terribly…not good but I decided I could live with that. But this year…just our 2nd summer with the furniture all the wicker has split and is falling off…so bad the entire set is going down the tip! I have a 2nd set purchased from @George Asda over 15 years old that is still in excellent condition…and was much cheaper. Customer service don’t want to know as older than 6 months!!! Never buy anything from The Range

I took it back to The Range to return Informed by the rude customer service agent that it can only be done online to return I drove home with the huge boxed umbrella You can only WhatsApp The Range with no phone number to talk to a human being 3 days later I get a response to return the huge boxed product to Nottingham!! They expect customers to post at their own cost.
