Terrible company no customer service, appalling service overall and product's come damaged, do not use this company, especially online EVER.

the customer service is slow and next to non existent, after a couple of weeks they finally arranged for my order to be collected as it could not be returned directly to the store, it needed picking up.

Throughout the week, I was in contact with their customer service via chat, where I was repeatedly assured that my order would be delivered.

ORDERED 3 POTS OF PAINT…..PAID FOR THEM..THEN INFORMED THEY COULD ONLY SEND 2. THE 2 ARRIVED SEPARATLEY……… ONE OF THE POTS HAD OPENED AND WAS LEFT WITH PAINT ALL OVER A MARBLE TABLE. THEY HAVE ONLY SENT ME A REFUND FOR THE DAMAGE ONE…… NOT THE SUM I PAID FOR 3 !!..DONT ORDER FROM THIS STORE . TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE…SHOCKING….DOUBT IF I SEE THE CORRECT REFUND OWED.

Donot buy on line,no customer service all Ai paid for next day delivery 4 days later still waiting, go to a store ,they won't help,once they have your money it is basically jog on not interested

Trying to speak to customer service is useless,I tried every form of contact they offer and each time it was met with very poor standards of communication from their end.

Terrible customer service,return policy stinks didn’t even want a refund just a credit note but NO was the answer ,applauding service

With regards to their marketplace items...shocking customer service took ages for a refund and can't return to store...won't b ordering from them again. Stay clear

Absolutely terrible service when you pay £7 for next day delivery: they don’t bother to post it then the solution? I’ll refund you in 5 days and you can go to the store and buy it. If I had time do you not think i would have done that and not paid through my nose for next day delivery? Asked for contact with a senior manager as re-dispatching the delivery is not a thing apparently. Won’t be shopping there again.
