I spent over two hundred dollars and didn't even get instructions or a manual of sort on how to do your products. Now I got to go to the library and find out how and copy them.

Unfortunately I can no rate the sculpt and slate because I never got the package. The usps said they delivered it but it wasn't in my mailbox. I did order another sculpt but can't order the other product just yet. I have been getting the run around with the usps. I will tell you if I get the other product. I will be sure to give a review.

hello I am french living in France. I just received my products. Nothing is written in english or french ! just in German. Do you think it is normal ?

Items were paid for and delivered to the wrong address, ROOT was aware of the issue and informed me that they had requested a refund for me and apologized, I've NEVER gotten my refund and have not heard from them after trying to reach them several times since!

I had to cancel all future orders. My bill went from 72.01 to 83.86 due to I did not buy any more items from Root. Due to inflation and the cost of everything else going up I had to stop. Is this what Root does to its good customers? Besides customer service takes so long to get back to its customers.

Die deutsche Seite spricht nach jedem Seitenwechsel auf Englisch zurück. Wir können nur ein Rabatt Code pro Bestellung eingeben, obwohl uns von Seiten von Root versichert wurde, man kann mehrere Rabattcodes pro Bestellung eingeben.

Your products are great and continue to purchase them when I am able. You see, I have a new charge card and after numerous attempts to notify you of the change, I have been unable to do so. You do not return phone calls so I can inform you of my new charge card. Your products get an A+ but your service in returning phone call is non-existent. I have lost complete confidence in this company as a whole. Whenever you use the email customer support it doesn't go well. When you call no one answers. It took me almost 2 weeks to resolve a product that I didn't receive. I'd run out of available space if I explained what happened. I find it terrible that products become unavailable form more than 8 months and no one can tell you when it will be back. The company should be transparent and have this information online. And now I see the packaging for the return of the Reno cream is significantly reduced from 4 oz. I wonder what the price will be. They use plastic containers and every other reputable company uses glass as we all know about the effects of plastic on any product. The prices of these products are not for the average person. And I wonder about their "Hollywood" connection, I bought into the idea that this was a patriotic company. Beyond disappointed.
