“Nachdem meine Beraterin - aus welchen Gründen auch immer - keine Provision erhalten hat für meine Bestellung, habe ich ein Mail an den Support geschrieben und den Ref.Code meiner Beraterin inkl. meine Bestellnummer nochmals angegeben mit der Bitte, die Provision für meine Beraterin zu veranlassen. Antwort: Da meine Bestellung länger als 7 Tage her ist, könne man die Provision nicht umschreiben. Unverständlich und vor allem unschön den eigenen "Mitarbeitern"/Beratern gegenüber. Naja.”

“German DHL failed to deliver a parcel to Poland from US. I correctly provided the phone number and email address, but no notification ever came and the parcel was returned to you, then it was sent to me again, and the story repeated itself - no notification was sent to me: no phone/no sms/no email about delivery on a given day, by pure chance my wife picked it up yesterday as she was luckily at home. My strong suggestion is to change the shipping organization in Europe or at least to Poland.”
