“I have purchased 2 other products from Snugg without issues. After my latest purchase arrived it was discovered that it did not work as described. After speaking to a representative I was told that I had to pay to return the defective product at my cost ( postage will be around half the purchase price of the case!!). The fact that the customer has to be out of pocket for a defective product is beyond me. I will never purchase from Snugg again and will go out of my way to make people aware of this shocking customer service.”

“Placed an order a week earlier with standard delivery. Was notified that shipment would arrive on Friday and it is now Tuesday with no product! Customer support stated "that I ordered with standard delivery and would have to wait" despite indication that it would arrive on Friday. Telling the customer that he is wrong is never a good idea.
