As I stated before in an Amazon review, for a case for my table - I love the workmanship and quality of the case and for the price I paid $5.99 , it really can't be beat. I didn't think I would like the color, but I actually love it and looked for a cell phone cover in the same color. Didn't find, but that is okay. I love the black cover that I received. Over all, if I ever need to order another case, I will contact your company. I mean...why look around when you find something that you already like.”
“When I bought this, there were 2 options to choose from for shipping. Free standard, and $10 next day air. Please let me know why this did not deliver next day air, scheduled to arrive on Friday 2/19. Because it was advertised as next day air, and did not go out that method I expect to be reimbursed for the $10 charge. Please get back to me at the earliest convenience, thank you.”
“I first bought a Snugg phone case years ago for my Samsung phone. Sadly, the case had a flaw and fell apart. I called the Snugg folks and they promptly sent me a free replacement. This case lasted the life of the phone. Excellent customer service, great product.
Next week I will be replacing that phone, so today, I ordered a new Snugg case for it!”
